Smith Baiad is the Founder of Baiad Sports Group, an NIL agency built on one core principle: athletes deserve honest, transparent, and strategic representation. In a rapidly evolving NIL landscape where many athletes are vulnerable to poor guidance and short-term thinking, Smith is committed to protecting his clients from being taken advantage of by predatory “street agents.” He focuses on building long-term value through authentic brand development, carefully structured partnerships, and a relationship-first approach that always puts the athlete’s best interests first.

With the landscape of collegiate athletics, too many young athletes have had insufficient representation or advice. This has cost too many athletes promising opporunities, on and off the field. It is part of our mission to do our part and help stop this, and help those being taken advantage of by predatory street agents.
